Most questions are answered here in under a minute. Anything still open, just send us below. Every request gets a ticket number so nothing falls through the cracks.
Six topics cover almost everything people ask us about.

See the answersA Mac. There is a beta for Windows 10 and 11. You also need access to an AI model: either one you already use or a local model on your computer.
You download the app, launch it and enter your model access once. After that, you describe your goal in plain language and the agents take care of the rest. We walk through the whole process step by step in How nebra works.
For the most part, yes: you describe your goal in plain language. If you want to connect nebra to your own server or your own code, you will need some help with the initial setup. Just write to us and we'll sort it out together.
You buy the app once, the ready-made expert teams are added monthly, and with personal guidance we take the wheel for you. To see which setup fits you, check out Pricing and plans.
Yes. Until December 31, 2026, the subscription costs €99 per month plus VAT, and €149 after that. If you sign up before then, you keep the €99 rate. You can cancel monthly, effective at the end of the current month.
Use the form below and choose the topic "License and billing." Include the email address you used for your purchase so we can find your order right away.
Three things, in this order: quit the app completely and restart it, check whether a newer version is available, and verify your model access. A lot of failures come down to model access that has expired or run out of credit.
If that doesn't help, write to us. Tell us your operating system and what you did right before it happened. That saves a round of follow-up questions.
Cancel the run and start it again with a smaller task. If the problem persists, it's usually the model, not the app: switching to a different model often fixes it. Write to us if you're not sure which one to use.
nebra is deliberately not tied to a single provider. You can use well-known models or a local one on your computer. Which one works better depends on the task, and we're happy to help you choose.
Usually it's the brief, not the model. The more specifically you describe what it's about and what you want to end up with, the better the result. If it still misses, send us an example and we'll take a look.
The app runs on your computer, not in a cloud. Your credentials stay with you, and you never have to upload anything. With a local model, nothing leaves your device at all.
Then the content you hand over for a task goes to that provider, under its terms. That's a conscious choice you make for each model. If you want to rule that out, work locally. You'll find the full details in our privacy policy.
Usually on the same business day. You'll get an instant confirmation with a ticket number; keep it in the subject line and everything stays in one thread.
That's what personal sparring is for. Software solves tasks, but when your offer isn't landing or your pricing is off, a conversation helps more than an agent. You can book a session at konversion.digital/meeting.
The more specifically you describe the problem, the faster it gets solved. If you can, tell us your operating system and what you did right before things went wrong.
